The elegant mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley is aged in charred 100 year-old forest oak barrels for over 3 years. Our rare 30-gallon barrels age deeper and stronger for a rich color and taste. Regular rotation of the barrels at high altitude ensures an even temperature and consistent flavor. Finished with Rocky Mountain water, and end result is beautiful rye. The rich oak and cinnamon nose complements the pear, honey and spice palate. The finish is crisp and clean. We bottle this gem at 51% alcohol by volume in U.S. patented sculpted glass.

Special release straight rye

I usually prefer bourbon to rye. But because I purchased the bourbon in the past and really like it I wanted to try the rye. It is surprisingly (for me) good. I recommend all of their bourbons and rye without hesitation. I am telling all my friend. If you are planning a get together consider these whiskies. The bottle will spark conversation and the bourbon will just make ir enjoyable.

A tasty addition

I'm not real knowledgeable about ryes having only had a few, but after having their bourbons thought I'd give it a go. As usual, it satisfies nicely.

Try new things
