Our same rich corn mash bill and elegant aging in 4 distinct char 100 year-old forest oak barrels is the foundation of this sweet yet strong and delicious bourbon. Our smaller 30 gallon barrels age deeper and stronger for over 3 years. Regular rotation of the barrels at high altitude ensures an even temperature and consistent flavor. The end result is a most buttery cask strength bourbon. The pleasant coffee nose is drizzled with a honey waft. This bourbon is best served neat or on the rocks. We bottle at barrel strength (126-132 Proof) in U.S. patented sculpted glass. Enjoy!
